


CLIFF ZOCH, PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Cliff received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1971 and began his career with Houston Lighting & Power Co. He quickly rose to senior management, while also attending South Texas College of Law and becoming certified as a Registered Project Manager by the American Project Management Institute. In 1983, Cliff returned to his hometown of Austin to pursue a career in homebuilding, starting as a Project Manager for Milburn Homes. After gaining significant experience in production homebuilding, he fulfilled his dream of establishing a firm that would specialize in construction of the highest quality elegant homes in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. By capitalizing on his extensive knowledge of engineering principles.
Cliff is married and makes his home in Westlake, where he has raised two sons in the Eanes I.S.D. He is a former Director and current member of the Homebuilders Association and the Custom Builders Council.
